Summer Reading with Lightbox Learning
Research shows that the dreaded summer slide can be avoided by providing children with easy access to high-interest books in the comfort of their homes. Librarian Terri Harkey explores how educators can use Lightbox Learning’s Summer Reading Program, a compilation of summer reading resources and more than 4,400 interactive eBooks, to keep students engaged and actively reading throughout the summer.
